The website presents the property and receives booking requests and enquiries. Sending a request is not a booking: a booking only exists once we expressly confirm it, together with its conditions and the payment required.
Prices and information on the website are for guidance and may change. In case of error, the details we confirm when you book prevail.
The texts, photographs, logos and design of the website belong to Vialcimallera Gestiones, S.L. or are used with their authors’ permission. They may not be copied or reused without authorisation, except for personal use or to share a link to the website.
We do our best to keep the website working and its information correct, but we are not liable for service interruptions or for the content of third-party websites we link to (Google Maps, WhatsApp, the sister house’s website, etc.).
This website is governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, the courts of your place of residence will have jurisdiction over any dispute.

We do not use your data to send you advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not make automated decisions or build profiles with it. The form fields are those needed to answer you; phone and message are optional.
Who receives your data
Data is only disclosed to third parties when the law requires it: guest registration to the Spanish Ministry of the Interior (SES.Hospedajes platform), billing data to the Spanish Tax Agency, and courts or authorities that request it.
In addition, so that the website and bookings work, some providers access the data on our behalf under a data processing agreement (art. 28 GDPR):
- Hosting of the website and booking application: Hetzner Online GmbH (servers in Germany).
- Sending emails: Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL (servers in Ireland).
- Email and statistics: Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Workspace and Google Analytics).
- Technical maintenance of the website and booking application: our IT service provider.
Google may process data in the United States. Those transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (European Commission adequacy decision of 10 July 2023) and by standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, rectify or erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it to take elsewhere (portability), and to withdraw any consent you have given, without affecting processing carried out before. Write to reservas@casalahuertona.es saying what you need; if we cannot confirm it is you, we will ask you to prove your identity. We reply within one month.
If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es), C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid, or to the authority of your EU country of residence.
Security and minors
The website always uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and data is stored on servers in the European Union with restricted access. The forms are not intended for children under 14: if you are younger, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us.
